For people who enjoy to dance.

Dancing is a good hobby for all ages being a wonderful form of exercise as well as fun.

Joining Adeline Dance Studios as a beginner you will learn a few basic steps in several dances.

As you progress with your dancing you will eventually progress to more advanced figures and then you may even wish to take some tests.

At Adeline Dance we enter pupils for the ISTD medal Programme.

Remember, the medals are an optional choice and there is no pressure to take exams.
A few successful fun senior candidates.
All the tests can be taken in Ballroom, Latin American, Sequence and Disco/Freestyle branches all with different age categories.

There is a fee for these exams for which you will receive a report from the ISTD about your dancing.
